350 Salem OR evolved out of a loose network of Salem Oregon climate activists. In the spring of 2014 we affiliated with global climate action group 350.org. Protecting the stability of our climate and adapting to climate change impacts we can no longer avoid are among the most urgent tasks facing us today.
Climate change is complex and far-reaching, encompassing science, economics, policy, politics and lifestyle choices. We are taking on these challenges. On this website we’ll share information about coming events and actions, connections with other activists near and far, tools for a low-carbon lifestyle, and resources for educating ourselves and others about climate science and policy options.
